For those of us in the US, today is the closest thing we have to an anti-holiday. April 15th marks the deadline to file our federal tax returns. Over the past couple days, I noticed an increasing trend on Twitter as friends and colleagues started wrestling with forms, calculations, and processing the government's pound of flesh.
Now, granted, my Twitter network is miniscule (and private) next to, say, Mr. Rubel's - so my only opportunity to use Twitter as a large-scale, real-time, focus group is Tweetscan. So what does the Twitterverse think of Tax Day? It's good for a laugh, if not entirely safe for work. That said, if I were building a web campaign for tax reform, limited government, or anything related - I might just start with Tweetscan.
