Community Manager Appreciation Day officially began last year when Jeremiah Owyang declared the fourth Monday in January a day to celebrate community managers around the world. Community managers are problem solvers, relationship builders and the brand representatives engaging on the digital front lines daily. As a community manager myself, I’m proud to be part of this emerging field of passionate digital ambassadors.
