From your screen shot the only part or your site that isn't showing is the content rotator at the top of the page and that could be done in php with the same result and not require the viewer have flash installed. I have to disagree only aiming for the middle stifles innovation. Failing to challenge something because that’s the way it’s done, seems to be the biggest obstacle most businesses have today. Change creates change.

Is flash really the best tool? From your screen shot the only part or your site that isn’t showing is the content rotator at the top of the page and that could be done in php with the same result and not require the viewer have flash installed.
