I don't know of a similar list for health associations, but have thought about making one - searching for Twitter + the acronym usually but not always finds the account you want. Really, though, my favorite resource is who's conversing with the people I've found so far. And being active in the space (I run the @disruptivewomen Twitter feed) means people often find us!
